Sushi was AMAZING. My fiancé and I split the salmon carpaccio (the only GF starter), XL sushi boat, and pistachio gelato. Our first waiter was not the best - I asked for GF soy sauce and he seemed confused. We were passed to another waiter who was great and guided me through what I could have.
Good sushi and very considerate of food requirements. I asked for tamarind sauce at the very beginning and they said they'd bring me gluten free soy sauce, and immediately asked me if I was allergic to gluten. When I said I had coeliac disease, they advised what I should order on the menu. They also have an allergen map on their website. Not sure about cross contamination but the staff knows what they're doing.
