This location was incredibly knowledgeable about cross contamination (the sauces!). Had just gone through sensitivity training where they are to balance accommodation and making an embarrassing big deal out of (for the record, our family would never be embarrassed by accommodation). if you haven't tried their GF brownies, you are missing out.

Some locations offer gluten free bread for sandwiches. Check with your local establishment.
Update: Subway has stopped carrying gluten free bread. You can get the meat and veggies in a bowl. Gulten Free frozen bread almost always in stock. Staff is good about changing gloves to prepare. Most of the chain in East Texas has GF Bread.

Would not recommend for gluten free people! Staff was unkind and struggled to accommodate dairy and gluten allergies. Can “only” serve salads (cut up lunch meat, a LOT of lettuce, and handful of toppings). 10/10 recommend eating somewhere else.
