The employee had her gloves off as soon as I said “celiac.” She got a clean knife and sliced a fresh tomato then pulled the rest of my ingredients from the bins in the back that no one had touched yet.

The worker here was so sweet - we called ahead and asked if they had GF bread - they said yes. When we got there, she explained that Subway had stopped making GF bread so they had gone out and bought Schar’s GF bread rolls to have on hand! Delicious!
