I called before going to Subway. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable about GF. f you mention gluten "allergy", they use their allergy protocol to avoid contamination. I was told by her to observe them for glove change and cleaning the work service, just in case. Indeed, they were quite careful.The only negative is that they had no GF bread, but given the location in a small town, they probably don't get enough GF business to justify stocking, and then having to discard GF buns.
