The staff is somewhat knowledgeable about gluten sensitivities. I would recommend asking them to change their gloves before making your sandwich. The gluten free bread available comes in a 6” only, and it’s pretty good! Tip: Have it extra toasted so it doesn’t fall apart as easily.
