They are knowledgeable with gluten free options and always use a separate board, knives and gloves. They offer salads and chips as well!

Update: Subway has stopped carrying gluten free bread. You can get the meat and veggies in a bowl. Gulten Free frozen bread almost always in stock. Staff is good about changing gloves to prepare. Most of the chain in East Texas has GF Bread.

Would not recommend for gluten free people! Staff was unkind and struggled to accommodate dairy and gluten allergies. Can “only” serve salads (cut up lunch meat, a LOT of lettuce, and handful of toppings). 10/10 recommend eating somewhere else.
