The manager confirmed that only gluten containing items are the naan bread, phyllo containing items, desserts, and the fryer is not dedicated. All of the meat and veggies dishes and salads are safe. Hummus is safe and can be served with fresh veggies instead of naan. The iced tea is a special ginger spice they make in house and it is amazing. Of course make sure to speak with a waiter or the manager to be safe the items you want to order are safe. I have been several times without getting sick.
