The staff is knowledgeable about which items can be made GF. They rinse their woks between use but they did wash mine with soap and water when I requested that be done. (They mentioned this would not be possible if they were busy). For takeout, they write GF on the receipt and put a GF sticker on the container so you can be confident you are eating the correct meal!
