Favorite ice cream shop in Corvallis! They have a majority GF ice cream made in house, plus their waffle cones are GF. For cross contact it’s probably best to ask for fresh ice cream scooped in the back.
Great experience here! When we mentioned 2 people in our party have Celiac, the server asked if we'd like the ice cream scooped from a fresh tub in the back. The server mentioned that she has Celiac as well and understands the protocols. A big highlight was the gluten free waffle cone!
I was so hopeful and so excited about this place. My non-GF partner said it was phenomenal ice cream. So much of it is labeled GF. However, when asked, the staff said that all the equipment is shared and not sanitized between gluten containing ice cream and the GF ice cream. Unfortunately, if you’re sensitive it is not safe.

This place was great! They have dairy free ice cream flavors besides sorbets plus gluten free sugar cones, which were the best I’ve ever had (even gluten ones). I noticed that they washed their hands in between scooping ours and other orders and have a separate scoop holder for the allergy ice creams. For those of you who can have dairy, almost all the ice cream flavors are gluten free. Highly recommend!
Man, is that good ice cream. Most flavors are gluten free (not all but they were specified.) It's a fun little place with a neat aesthetic and sometimes some unusual flavors worth trying.
My celiac friend alerted them to their allergy and our server was totally on top of it.
Excellent GF ice cream with GF waffle cones. That have a few flavors they aren't GF so make sure to let them know if you have CD o gluten allergy. 12 of 14 flavors are GF and they have 4 vegan options. Also good coffee and tea selection and try serve some adult beverages and ciders. Great place right across from the park by the river.
Super yummy flavors like honey 🍯 chamomile, Venezuelan chocolate. Almost all of their ice cream with the exception of two flavors are gluten free. They also have a gf waffle cone that is fabulous! They will use a new scoop of you ask.
