Extremely friendly and go the extra mile. Went back and scooped from a brand new tub of ice cream to avoid cross contamination. Highly recommend.

Saw a review for their other location in Roanoke and thought we’d check it out. They have an allergy sheet on the counter of any and all of their ice cream flavors (they rotate) and are knowledgeable regarding cross contamination. They have a case of truffles and chocolates that are marked for gluten free but offer the disclaimer that they are processed on shared lines. Service was great and they were very patient with us.
