This bakery has improved each time I go. Although I do not have Celiac, I cannot have corn, which makes it very difficult to find a baked good that I don't have to make myself. The last time I was in, they said they were switching their powdered sugar to contain tapioca starch, rather than corn starch, and were doing the same with their baking soda. Got the raspberry Tandy cupcake and the death by chocolate - both tasted great and I feel good after eating them.
