Review of Sugar Wood-Fired Bistro

Staff not knowledgeable but claim to be so. Told me they had many GF options including marinated steak. I asked to see the bottle of marinade and one of main ingredients listed was wheat. I ordered without the marinade and tested with a portable gluten tester and steak still tested positive for gluten contamination. So my meal was entirely wasted. All good is cooked in same wood fired oven as all pizzas. No cross contamination precaution measures are taken.
