They use rye and barley in their moonshine so stay away! It’s also ground up onsite so the grain dust is everywhere on a behind the scenes tour. The rest of my party that does not have allergies was fine and had a ball! But sadly I could not take part in the tour or the samples afterwards.

Lots of flavors of moonshine, whiskey, and vodka. I did a moonshine tasting which included about 10 flavors, and had two mixed drinks. I’m very sensitive and had zero issues. The tour is really informative and was worth the cost. We talked a lot about the process of distillation and what happens to the gluten.
