The Pad Thai was wonderful! Not too much tamarind sauce, lots of fresh sprouts, cabbage, carrot and delicious noodles. I like mine "Thai Hot" and they used a wonderful combination of Thai Chili powder and the diced Thai chilis (in fish sauce). Their menu clearly marks with a {gf} which items are gluten free. With the Pad Thai that I ordered there is a specific listing of "Gluten Free Pad Thai* {gf}" and "made with gluten free soy sauce" which put my mind at ease.
