This was the most amazing food I’ve ever had! We had no idea if they had gluten free options and just decided to try it out. Very knowledgeable staff including staff that is Gluten free. They were able to tweak food as necessary (like the risotto) and for dessert, instead of a soufflé, a gf brownie with mascarpone. Most remarkable food I’ve ever had. We want to dine here again and try the pasta. They also brought out gluten free crackers so I could try the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
