The owner's wife is gluten free so they have a lot of gluten free options!! Gluten free Breakfast burritos, pancakes, salads and cookies and baked goods on a dedicated GF tray! Not sure about celiac protocols but I would imagine they would be accommodating- seeing as the owner is super amicable and nice, with a gluten free spouse! Love this place. Great coffee too
