It is the best Thai food in the city of Toronto. No taste is compromised due to it being gluten free.
There are certain dishes that they are unable to make gluten free for a celiac although the item is marked as gluten free on the menu. Be sure to specify celiac. I have been eating the massaman curry for a long time and suddenly after years of eating it, they claim that this is the way the dish is made and the dish has changed ingredients slightly and that it is not gluten free for a celiac. When I inquired further for details of when this happened they were unable to provide concrete answers. At least the employee I spoke to was aware of this, but it makes you wonder if all their employees are aware. Besides this, the food is delicious!

This is a local chain of Thai restaurants in Toronto. Like a lot of places in Toronto, they are very familiar with gluten-free, but if you are celiac, you need to say so, otherwise they assume you are avoiding gluten for other reasons. Once I told them I was celiac, they said they would make my meal separately. It arrived just a few minutes after everyone else’s meals. It was tasty and I had no after effects.
