We ate here 2 times during our trip based on reviews I read from several sources. My daughter had a burger with GF bun and grilled chicken with GF bun. We were told the fries were made in a separate fryer and safe to eat. I was not 100% confident the food was prepared safely. Only some of the staff seemed knowledgeable. And it was extremely busy both times we were there. We were planning to eat at a BBQ food truck the 2nd night but he sold out before dinner time. Not many options in Forks, unfortunately

I had a grilled chicken sandwich on a gf Udi’s bun and a diet Dr. Pepper. I had to ask if the bun was gf because it was soft and warm. The server said it was heated up in the microwave to make it soft and it was individually packaged. It was tasty. I’m not a highly sensitive celiac so I don’t really get sick after eating.

They do have a pretty good GF bun for $1.25 extra. They do not have a dedicated GF fryer. The Spartan burger was tasty.

My daughter is celiac. While they do have gluten free buns, they are not educated about cross contamination, and warmed the gluten free buns in the same place they warm the regular buns. This is not ok. Contrary to what other reviewers wrote, the fries are NOT fried in a dedicated fryer, and thus are also cross-contaminated. The food is quite good otherwise.

When I asked about gluten free the young man behind the counter explained they had gluten free buns and the fries and tater tots were cooked separate the best burger I have had since being diagnosed
Yes
Friendly staff. A great burger, with a gluten-free bun option and the fries are actually gluten-free and fried in a dedicated fryer.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable to the extreme! Had a great burger, bun, and fries after a hike in Olympic. I will probably get a double burger next time.

“No guarantees. I will try my best”. Celiac red flag. They will change gloves but everything is co-mingled and not separate, so its a no go. Not sure why places even offer a gluten free bun if there is no protocol in place.

Got a gluten-free double cheeseburger & fries (dedicated fryer but need to clarify because they have multiple fryers). Get a double or triple on the GF burger, patties are very thin. For the area a good stop. Guy working knew all about gluten allergies but not all staff did. NCGS.
4 stars for the service, the gluten free buns and separate fryer. Burger patties were tiny but flavorful. Would never have stopped here if it weren't for the app....
After a rainy walk on the beach it was great to be able to grab a hamburger and fries both of which were safely prepared for my celiac sensitivities. Because I also cannot eat soy, I asked about the ingredients in the gluten free buns and the attendant quickly pulled the ingredient list. The buns were fluffy and tasty and if you are celiac you can ask them to toast them in the grill instead of in the shared toaster. It was fun to eat at the local small town eatery and not get sick!

no dedicated friar as advertised, they put my burger on a gluten bun and then I had to have them remake it. I'm 90% sure there was cross contamination on it as well because I don't think the lady changed her gloves. I think I will be having a bad night tonight

This is the best burger I have had in a long time! I love that they have separate fryers for gluten free!

Now called Sully's Burgers, I was not too sure about this place when I walked in. However, a brief chat with the owner/manager put me at ease. She has a friend with Celiac disease and is hip to the jive on cross-contamination. I had a greasy, tasty burger and some tater tots without incident. Kind of incredible that this place exists in a town of 3000 people.

I have celiacs and I'm really sensitive to gluten. This place is awesome! They have gluten free buns and separate fryers for their fries, tater tots etc. The gf buns are placed on the grill with the burgers, while the regular buns are toasted, so no cross contamination. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent friendly owner and his daughter. They actually knew what gluten-free was. I had a delicious meal on a gluten free bun!! Very nice!
