Review of Sumiao Hunan Kitchen

I came here with a large work group, so my experience may not be relevant to everyone. First, they had predefined dishes for our table on a menu that wasn't labeled. Second, the waiters did not know what did or didn't contain gluten. Third, I couldn't eat anything that came out to the table, though they kept promising they would bring something soon. Finally theg brought out some crab fish that was covered in tempura flakes and vehemently tried to convince me it's gluten free. I kept telling them it wasn't. They left, then came back and took the tray away. At that point it was pretty clear I can't trust them and I left. Very disappointed to have had to leave my conference and that they did not care about their guests enough to prepare some food I could eat for an hour.
