I had a burger (they just deconstructed it) and the whipped feta appetizer (with veggies instead of pita, they said they sometimes have GF pita but not on the day I went). It was pretty good! Also had a really good flourless chocolate cake.
Only other GF sub was a cauliflower crust on the flatbreads, but for $8 more.
Any other modifications were just taking off the gluten on dishes.
Make sure to state you can’t do soy sauce either. The fries were in a shared fryer and that typically makes me sick, but there wasn’t any gluten I could see on the fries and I wasn’t sick at all.
Tldr: recommend if you’re gluten intolerant or celiac looking for pizza
