The food was good. However, somehow, I ate gluten between the steak salad and the buffalo jalapeno poppers that were supposed to be gluten-free. I told them up front it was for celiacs but somehow a small amount of gluten must have got in my dish because I was sick an hour and a half later and had to go home. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.

i could not even believe it wasn’t busier given the quality of the food. we had gluten free fried pickles, fries, and chicken wings with sweet BBQ sauce. everything was absolutely delicious, service was prompt and professional, and the outdoor patio is GORGEOUS.

they have a dedicated GF fryer and were very knowledgable about what items can or cannot be made GF. the menu is marked clearly and i did not have a reaction. also, they had 2 ciders on tap and multiple canned ghostfish beer options.

i’m seriously delighted. gonna come here all the time from now on!!

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Dedicated GF fryer. Had delicious homemade GF mozzarella cheese sticks and GF fish and chips for lunch with a GF beer.

Ordered a burger and my Nima sensor found gluten in it. My fries and jalapeño poppers were fine though. The food is great but I will always test it moving forward.

Absolutely delicious food, great wait staff and neither Celiac child had a reaction. We had mozzarella sticks (huge and delicious), fried pickles (ridiculously good, especially with their homemade ranch) and cheeseburger with fries. Kids were full and happy when we left. And we the parents were happy that they were able to eat there safely. Will definitely make this a new go-to place in the future!

If I could give it six stars I would! The gf mozzarella sticks are heavenly and hold up well while eating. Large portion. The burgers are fantastic and the gf buns are a great texture and are TOASTED! Perfect (thin & crispy) fries too. I was surprised to hear that they’ve only been in business a few months. The owner spoke with my mom and I while we were dining outside, and the next evening when I picked up a to-go order, he recognized me and asked how my dad is doing (he’s at Sacred Heart). Summit not only has great food, but cares about its customers too. What’s not to love?!

I have eaten here twice and it’s delicious! Wait staff and cooks are so considerate of preventing cross contamination-just let them know. They also have a dedicated fryer and prep area! The GF mozzarella sticks are so good as are the steak bites!!
