Went to the summit buffet. Server asked the chef what I could eat and was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and difference between celiac versus gluten sensitivity. All salad dressings contained gluten so brought be oil and vinaigrette. Made me scallops and shrimp in garlic butter as a sub for the scallop and shrimp creole. Also brought me cooked chicken breast as buffet chicken and sauce with gluten. I could have also had baked veggies, fries, potatoes.
