I always got the Chicken Hibachi lunch prior to my celiac diagnosis. I obviously didn’t feel great with the gluten in the soy sauce. When I got diagnosed I asked for GF option and they were very knowledgeable about how to make this GF for me and informed me about how it would taste a bit different. I still frequent often and haven’t felt sick. Don’t know their process though with GF.
