I go here all the time, ordering the shrimp cucumber roll each time with GF soy sauce

Not enough knowledge on what is gluten free/contains gluten. I ordered the foxy lady and asked if it was GF, to which they said no due to it coming with hoisin and eel sauce on top. So I switched to a salmon mango roll which is GF and a spicy tuna roll which I asked if it was GF. Then asked again making sure it didn’t come with any sauce.

Unfortunately, it had tempura inside and I didn’t realize until I already swallowed a bite. She came back and apologized after I asked again and to ask the kitchen saying it was not GF. Unfortunately sick today. Check your rolls for tempura and ask for the full description of the roll

We ate at the hibachi, but my meal was prepared separately in the kitchen to ensure it wasn’t cross-contaminated. All servers were aware of gluten issues and made sure I was confident that they were taking care of me.

I don’t think the menu said anything about gluten-free options, but the staff are very obviously experienced.

My meal was very good, and I appreciated being able to eat without worry.
