They have a separate gluten-free card to pick your dishes. Even the soy sauce was gluten-free.

We had a good experience, had to be a little too alert for my liking. They no longer have an allergy menu, so you get a paper ordering form with the gluten containing items crossed out (there were a few mistakes on this form last time, all of which were swiftly caught and corrected by the kitchen and/or waiting staff). The staff was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions about the food we had.
