I had a great experience at Sunflower Gramercy. When I asked if the breakfast potatoes were a cross contamination risk, the waitress really thought through the preparation and explained that they weren’t fried, which tells me she understood where I could have had a problem. They had gluten free bread to sub in for the toast with my omelette, and even though it wasn’t the waitress that dropped off the food, the person that did said “gluten free omelette”. I feel fine since eating there!
