Knowledgable of gluten free. Waitress immediately knew miso soup and marinade contained gluten and had it taken care of for me.

Review

If you ask, they will very carefully make your stone pot with un-marinated meat or no meat at all. Just be aware they will often forget and bring out miso soup which is not gluten free. The food is fantastic, just make sure to speak up for yourself.
