They are so accommodating! They do not have a dedicated fryer but take care to cook everything in a gluten free environment. I wanted Big Dog Hash and the brisket had soy so that was a no go. They made me a ‘Celiac Hash’ which was totally customized and delicious! They said their goal is to make breakfast a remarkable experience for everyone!
