I saw the other review so I called and spoke with an employee - a manager was unavailable for 3 days? - and she said they get this question a lot and they cannot and will not do anything to accommodate celiacs. I asked a few more questions even after that because a group I was with really wanted to go there, but she was pretty clear that I would not be safe to eat anything from there.
No
I was hesitant, but the manager came out and assured me that they could accomodate whatever I wished and would make sure everything was taken care of herself. She even explained that the staff was new (as the restaurant is) and not properly trained yet on how to deal with allergies. My waitress tried her hardest to stay on top of the kitchen staff and monitor my food being made. Though there was confusion at first, they made every effort to make me feel comfortable and even later discussed how to gain more knowledge so they could better their offerings in the future. My food was almost correct lol but hey what can I say, at least I didn't get sick. "A" for effort.
