NOT SAFE FOR PEOPLE WITH CELIAC or serious intolerances.
The server said nothing was safe from cross contamination except a house salad. After reading the reviews and looking at their menu online I was extremely disappointed. Everything is cooked on the shared cooktop where the buns go, apparently. I had an overpriced green salad with balsamic dressing while everyone else enjoyed their meal and then I ate a granola bar I found in my car.

Items on the menu are clearly marked with what can be done gluten free. The staff is super knowledgeable about gluten free. The fries and tater tots are in a shared frier, but they can do rice or a side salad. The street food bowls can be done gluten free with no sauce added. They were out of gluten free buns when I went, but the burger was still amazing in the lettuce wrap. They also had a gluten free cheesecake which was phenomenal. Highly recommend!!

The server was knowledgeable about the menu and food options for me. The Pho soup which I had was GF and very tasty. I also had their GF pineapple pasionfruit cheesecake for dessert. What was available GF was labeled on the menu, very understandable.
