The owner came to our table and explained the gluten free options to our daughter. She and the staff were very knowledgeable and made certain to avoid any cross-contact. They do not have a dedicated fryer, but they have dedicated pans for GF cooking. The food was delicious! Highly recommended for even the most sensitive Celiacs!
