They killed it with GF here. They asked as soon as we walked in if i had any allergies. Server was very knowledgeable and they even brought out GF bread! Majority of their dishes are naturally GF. I split a dish with my friend and we got the seafood risotto and the filet mignon with mashed potatoes. A little more on the pricey side but well worth it! Btw you do not have to stay at the Hilton to dine here!

A little pricy but worth it. Made me feel like a gluten free princess. Got my own gluten free bread basket. The waiter was very accommodating and knowledgeable

I went here for the breakfast buffet. I was surprised when they had a whole GF area with bread, muffins, and some type of bun (which I didn’t try). I ate toast and yogurt and ordered an omelette.
FYI: DO NOT eat the bacon, they put bread at the bottom of the pan.

Wonderful experience at Sunset Grill inside the Hilton. As soon as you arrived they asked if you have any food allergies. Our server was quick to give us gluten free bread while we waited for our food. We both had grouper and a side of the loaded potatoes (very filling, my husband never is full and was full) and our daughter had the kids skirt steak with fries (dedicated frier). For dessert they brought out a large creme Brulee with vanilla ice cream. Highlight meal of our trip.

This was our favorite restaurant, we ended up going back 2 days later. They even brought gf bread with olive tapenade to the table. Loved the grouper, surf and turf and file. Burata salad was amazing as well!

This was our favorite! Very accommodating and even had GF bread service. Excellent seafood and steak options. Pricey, but they have a 4 course dinner for 2 prix fixe special for $99 if you're on a budget.

We are staying at the Hilton and ate here for dinner tonight. It was really good, and the kitchen was knowledgable about my inability to eat gluten. The server's English was not fluent, but he was an excellent server and we worked through the language barrier, and he took particular care to be sure my meal was gluten free. I had a salad with chicken and it was very good. I would eat here again.
