While there is no GF menu, there are GF options such as the Oak-grilled Salmon; Power Salad with Chicken, Quinoa, almonds, and Honey Vinegrette; Pork Chop with Mashed Potatoes; Rotisserie Chicken with Yellow Rice and Black Beans; and a Sweet Street Brownie. I understand the stir-fry Chicken is prepared in a separate wok so be sure to let them know when ordering you are GF. We just had the Sweet Street Brownie. So filling I needed nothing more all day. Also ask to speak with the chef to steer you to options you may be unaware of.

Ask for an allergen menu that lists available GF options from all the booths. GF stir fry hit the spot. Chef chatted briefly with us assuring that GF items were stir fried in their own wok.

I had the power salad and my daughter had the Caesar salad. The chef came out to talk with us and the server. The food was delicious and we were not glutened.

Had the half chicken dinner, which came with black beans and plain rice - no substitutions. The food was just okay but there was no gluten-containing menu items at that particular serving station so it was a safe option

There wasn't really anything for 7 year old Coeliac in the main food areas, but a large tub of fruit and cheese, giant GF cookie, with a roll we brought with us, and we have a contented child.
The food is supposedly gluten free, but beware of cross contamination. The servers are sometimes lazy about how they handle the food, aka eat at your own risk.

Whole section of gluten friendly food- salmon, chicken & pork dinners. Many children’s options & 2 great salads. Ask for a manager & they’ll create any meal safe for you!

I was just here, and looking for something to eat and was told they are only gluten friendly not gluten free and the only options were bagged items like popcorn or Power Bars. very disappointing since Disney is known to cater to people with food allergies.

Good options. I usually get the chicken, rice and black beans and they are absolutely delicious!

We had an overall terrible experience. A manager was brought over to speak to us but there was still no care or preparation. They weren't even willing to try. Even after explaining that she apparently knew what cross contamination was, she still didn't follow protocol. Don't waste your money here, it's not worth it. Its hard to think that there are places inside Disney that are supposed to be allergy friendly, that just don't care!

Not really sure where all the positive reviews are coming from. First of all, not an allergy friendly kitchen whatsoever. Employees might lead you to believe they know what they are talking about, but they have no regard for cross contamination. The person making my food originally didn't even change gloves until I said something. We paid $20 for two ball park nacho containers filled with a gallon of dressing and some slimy lettuce. Wouldn't recommend for gluten free allergies OR vegetarians. Not celiac friendly in the least!!!!! Extremely disappointed, came all the way from another park.

Lots of options. Grill area is dedicated gluten free.

Fabulous! The chef at the grill came out and discussed my options. At the grill I could eat anything! I enjoyed the salmon with green beans and potatoes and it was excellent. Very good service.
Have chicken and mashed potatoes. Pretty good.

Love this place! Lots of GF options and treats. The entire grill section is GF which is great--no worry over cross-contamination.
Everything at the Grill Station is GF and there are lots of GF treats available too. You can read my full review here:
