I literally eat here all the time!! I just say I have a gluten allergy and need a gluten free bun and for them to change their gloves and they’ve never done me wrong! Super yummy too and I am v sensitive.
I wanted to like the place so bad… I live close to it and all my friends like it. I tried it twice, both times made them aware I had celiac, and both times got sick. If you’re celiac or very sensitive to gluten, DO NOT eat here.
I hate to write this, because I used to LOVE this place, however the last three times I’ve gone here I’ve come away sick. The staff doesn’t seem as knowledgeable as they used to be. Definitely avoid if you’re extra sensitive!

I have celiac and a dairy allergy. I ordered a burger without a bun (they offer gluten free buns) and fries. Their fries are in a separate fryer and were delicious. The server was very accommodating and kind. I would for sure come here again.
Solid option. I get the burger and fries. Separate fryer.

THE BEST GF bun in Knoxville! If you’re into burgers and gf buns that actually hold together - this place is for you. Sure, the burgers are pre-formed but here it’s all about the bun. Burger cooked to perfection, bun that holds together AND has great mouth feel AND a separate fryer for gf friendly fries - can’t be beat! Add an Omission and you’re golden- at least I enjoyed it!
AMAZING. Manager herself going into kitchen to make sure all is safe (without me asking or implying anything). Ive eaten here so many times and been safe!!!! Must try! Plus french fries!!!
Delicious food and safe for Celiac! Love the organic, farm to table vibe and enjoy eating at the community table. Knowledgeable wait staff and amazing food!
Their food is amazing! The only reason I did not put five stars is because their gluten free buns always come out really soggy.
The staff is very knowledgeable and the menu is very clearly marked for gluten free options. They also have a gluten free fryer to make fries, sweet potato waffle fries and corn chips!
Can’t say enough good things about the food and drinks here! I’m vegetarian and gluten intolerant and it’s wonderful!! Don’t skip the cheese dip!

Absolutely delicious food....gf options clearly marked. wait staff knowledgeable. I am also vegan and their gluten free buns are vegan as well. had the black bean burger and sweet potatoe waffle fries (dedicated fryer). so yummy as was the vegan gluten free dressing i had to dip my fries:)
Excellent GF choices, knowledgeable and friendly wait staff. GF items clearly identified. Dedicated fryer for potatoes. Clare was my server . . . excellent. My 2nd trip to Knoxville and 2nd time here!
literally everything is fresh and delicious. staff is knowledgeable about celiac and enthusiastic about suggestions. Never had one bad experience here.

I'm so happy I went here! Kristin the manager spoke to me on the phone and was very helpful. I ordered a sandwich but couldn't get the bread cuz i have celiac & allergic to dairy & eggs.But it didn't matter the salmon blt on corn tortilla was awesome :-)I'll be back!!!
Fabulous! They understand cross contamination. Food was very delicious - burgers and tacos were outstanding! One of my favorite gf restaurants ever!!!!
Food and service was great! Loved their gluten free menu.
Always great food and drinks. Service is hit or miss so if you don't feel like your server understood your allergy or need just ask for a Manager. Never had a reaction here! Separate gf chips for the free chips and salsa!
Sunspot is awesome! Servers always take special care of my Celiacs and if they ever have a question the manager Mark comes over and talks to the chef directly. Been here many times and have never had a reaction.
