This was a great little place to come eat before going to a game at the World Camping Stadium. We each got a rice bowl and I had to try the empanadas which were delicious. The person taking my order was knowledgeable about gluten free and asked if I wanted my whole order gluten free. The sauces were delicious and the bowl was plenty of food! Very yummy.
Good was excellent and almost everything is gluten free!

One of my must go to places in Orlando. I LOVE Colombian food and miss it so much from when I got to live there and this hits the spot. I go every time I visit for work, sometimes even twice in one work trip.
I have eaten here twice and not gotten sick! The empanadas are very good.
Super cute place in DT Orlando. The whole menu is GF except the hot dog and burger buns. Tons to chose from. We split 3 empanada, cheese, beef and chicken. They were delicious! We also got the yucca fries, amazing dipping sauce. The only thing I didn't care for was the cheese arepa. I thought they were going to be a fluffy pocket filled with cheese. It was a flat white corn mask with cold shredded cheese on top. Highly recommend!
Called asking about safety practices and regarding what was cooked in the fryer… what I was told was “everything is destroyed in the fryer” … um no sir. LOL that’s not how it works. Please know that gluten does not get eradicated from high heat. This is not a reassuring response. Do with that information what you will. But I will not be eating here as a celiac. RIP your intestines.

One of my favorite spots downtown Orlando. The entire menu is gluten free besides the buns. The Arepa Burger and Yuca fries are really good along with their platters.
Highly recommend and parking is convenient. This restaurant is attached to a garage that only charges $2 per hour.
Such a hidden gem! Staff said everything is gluten free except for the hamburger and hot dog buns. Gluten free fryer too! Food was fresh and delicious - can't wait to go back!
Almost everything is or can be made gf and the fryer is gf dedicated. Loved my burger and empanadas!

I am Celiac, but asymptomatic. So, I cannot be 100% sure I didn’t consume any gluten. But they did give me gluten-free options and marked them in the order. They also took the time to confirm the juices were gluten-free. They seemed to have experience dealing with gluten-free requests and seemed to care about it. To make things even better, the food was delicious!
Ate here for the first time recently. Amazing experience. Got an Arepica and Yuca fries (dedicated fryer). Off-the-charts delicious and safe. Highly recommended. If you are anywhere near Orlando you owe it to yourself to grab a meal here. Parking was very easy as well-there is a parking garage in the building.

Got the EJECUTIVO chicken rice, black beans with a salad, make sure to NOT get the onions on top of the salad. THE LENTIL EMPANDAS ARE 🔥🔥🔥👅

Absolutely delicious food! Such flavor! Wish I lived closer, I'd eat here all the time. Orders are taken at the register and the employee working it was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of celiac menu options. Basically everything is gluten free except the burger buns. We all ate a great meal and had no symptoms. Win win!

This place is AMAZING! Almost all of their food is gluten free and the staff is super friendly. I had zero reactions from this place after eating here multiple times. I will be return every time I’m in Orlando!
Staff is knowledgeable about which items on the menu are gf! You can get your burger with a “bun” if you get an arepa! I’ve eaten here 4 or 5 times and never been sick after. Definitely recommend
This place is amazing! They have a separate fryer and are great with accommodations. Fried plantains are delicious as was the arapico.

I’ve read so many good reviews of this place that I had to try it myself. So good! I got the arepa burger and yuca fries. It was so much food that I easily could have split the order. I’ll be back!
The cashier was very knowledgeable, and confident that there were options I could eat. I got the Yuca fries and a chicken empanada. Very good! Haven’t had true fried food in awhile!
Absolutely amazing food! The guava and cheese empanada was to die for and so was the garlic/cilantro sauce. They were so helpful with everything gluten free and there were no worries!
The employees were really nice and knew about the dedicated fryer and what gluten intolerance was. The food was delicious! We had the empanadas, tostones, and passion fruit juice and then ordered more to go. My favorite part was the mosaic sayings in the bathrooms. The restaurant is in downtown, as some other reviewers have noted, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable bringing my kids to the area. Even on a lazy Sunday afternoon, the area was not kid friendly.
Tasty food, good service, good music. The location is terrible. Parents may consider this when going with children. Parking is difficult and costly, and the surrounding area is super sketch. I do not suggest going after dark.
Most of the menu is naturally GF; the cashier/order taker was knowledgable and very helpful. Our party had the Picada and the chicken Arepica. We are sensitive celiacs and none of us were sick. They do have a separate fryer, safe for us! The only reason I said "somewhat" for cross contamination is because I'm not sure how far they take precautions, only because most of the food is naturally GF. Food was very good! Not spicy hot, but flavorful. We sat outside and it can be noisy, so if you are looking for a quiet place, this isn't all that quiet, but we were able to converse. The indoor seating is limited. Parking right next door in a parking garage. We would go again!
FANTASTIC! I haven’t eaten much Colombian food so I was excited to try this place given the positive reviews. They are knowledgeable with allergies and the food was amazing!!! I’m a sensitive celiac and I had no issues at all! They have a separate fryer. I ordered the 3 different empanadas and the Arepa Burger with Yuca Fries (unreal)!!! A MUST TRY!!!

Corn Empanadas with its own GF fryer. What a treat this place for our Anniversary! Would come back for the delicious food and great atmosphere. Yum!
Most of thenmenu is gf they change gloves and notated when there is a gf allergy.
Nearly everything is gluten free is what I was told. I had tostones and chichorones which are fried in separate oil. Really good experience safety wise and flavor 🙂 would go again

Gluten free empanadas are out of this world. The staff was very knowledgeable, I got my food to go, they wrapped my separate from my gluten eating family, they changed gloves and made sure everything was prepared gluten free specifically. Their entire menu can be prepared gf except hot dog buns and hamburger buns.(and dessert) i had the 3 empanads, and an order of steak padacon both were delicious
Had the chicken arepas, so good! Had the empanadas so good! Had blackberry juice so good! Cashier said everything but hot dog buns was Gluten free. And she still asked if it was an allergy and made a note on order. We took 6 guava and cheese empanadas to go. Wont regret going.

I've eaten here a bunch of times and have never gotten glutened. I get the arepa burger, yoca fries, and I make sure to tell the staff that I have celiac. They've always been accommodating and are my go to place in downtown Orlando!
The food tasted really good but I had a bad gluten reaction while eating and afterwards. The lady reassured me that everything was gluten free but I got a bad reaction pretty fast. Unsure of the measures they take to make sure there’s no cross contamination in their kitchen.
