Absolutely delicious food! Such flavor! Wish I lived closer, I'd eat here all the time. Orders are taken at the register and the employee working it was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of celiac menu options. Basically everything is gluten free except the burger buns. We all ate a great meal and had no symptoms. Win win!

Absolutely amazing food! The guava and cheese empanada was to die for and so was the garlic/cilantro sauce. They were so helpful with everything gluten free and there were no worries!

The employees were really nice and knew about the dedicated fryer and what gluten intolerance was. The food was delicious! We had the empanadas, tostones, and passion fruit juice and then ordered more to go. My favorite part was the mosaic sayings in the bathrooms. The restaurant is in downtown, as some other reviewers have noted, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable bringing my kids to the area. Even on a lazy Sunday afternoon, the area was not kid friendly.

Tasty food, good service, good music. The location is terrible. Parents may consider this when going with children. Parking is difficult and costly, and the surrounding area is super sketch. I do not suggest going after dark.

Most of the menu is naturally GF; the cashier/order taker was knowledgable and very helpful. Our party had the Picada and the chicken Arepica. We are sensitive celiacs and none of us were sick. They do have a separate fryer, safe for us! The only reason I said "somewhat" for cross contamination is because I'm not sure how far they take precautions, only because most of the food is naturally GF. Food was very good! Not spicy hot, but flavorful. We sat outside and it can be noisy, so if you are looking for a quiet place, this isn't all that quiet, but we were able to converse. The indoor seating is limited. Parking right next door in a parking garage. We would go again!

FANTASTIC! I haven’t eaten much Colombian food so I was excited to try this place given the positive reviews. They are knowledgeable with allergies and the food was amazing!!! I’m a sensitive celiac and I had no issues at all! They have a separate fryer. I ordered the 3 different empanadas and the Arepa Burger with Yuca Fries (unreal)!!! A MUST TRY!!!

Gluten free empanadas are out of this world. The staff was very knowledgeable, I got my food to go, they wrapped my separate from my gluten eating family, they changed gloves and made sure everything was prepared gluten free specifically. Their entire menu can be prepared gf except hot dog buns and hamburger buns.(and dessert) i had the 3 empanads, and an order of steak padacon both were delicious

Had the chicken arepas, so good! Had the empanadas so good! Had blackberry juice so good! Cashier said everything but hot dog buns was Gluten free. And she still asked if it was an allergy and made a note on order. We took 6 guava and cheese empanadas to go. Wont regret going.

The food tasted really good but I had a bad gluten reaction while eating and afterwards. The lady reassured me that everything was gluten free but I got a bad reaction pretty fast. Unsure of the measures they take to make sure there’s no cross contamination in their kitchen.

Empanadas made of corn, no shared fryer because everything is corn. Tostones are incredible, quality of food is excellent. As long as you dont get a hotdog or burger with regular bun you will be fine.

I have been going here for almost two years. Yes they have added new items with their expansion of their space BUT! they have a dedicated gluten free fryer. I go here sometimes once a week and my friend and I talked with them and they say to make sure you say gluten free and allergy so that they know to not cross contaminate your fried goods in the other fryer. Keep enjoying your empanadas and yuca fries friends!

As a person that has celiac disease this is by far my favorite place to go for lunch or a quick dinner. Food is always fresh and their mango fruit drink is killer!

The empanadas are great! The bowls were cold and the arepas not that great either. I given 4 starts for the empanadas.

First time in over a decade I ate empanadas! Almost everything on the menu is gluten free - just avoid the regular buns and do an arepa bun instead. Had a variety of empanadas, a chicken rice bowl and arepas.

Delicious! All foods were gf except the buns. Arepas bun was a delicious alternative. The fired plantain open face sandwich (patacon) was equally amazing. Fried sweet plantains were also good. There was nothing that I tried that I wasn't really impressed with how delicious it was. Felt very authentic!

Food was incredible!!!! staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is gluten free except the bread. So hot dogs and burgers would be bunless-but they can use arepas instead. I have celiac and didn't feel like I was missing out at all. And no reaction!! We got 3 empanadas: chicken, beef and guava and cheese. plus the arepas choclo, yucca fries and the mango and blackberry drinks. It was all amazing!! The empanadas are made with corn and deep fried to perfection!!My husband can eat gluten and he said it was the best empanada he's eaten in over 6 years. I wish this place was in our home state. I'm going to miss this food! We've already planned to come back here again before we go to the airport. :)

We ate here at lunch today and enjoyed each food item we ordered. The staff is very knowledgeable about cross contamination and assured me of their protocol to ensure that it doesn't happen. From the yucca fries to the empanadas to the salchipapas...we were very pleased. So thankful to have found this hidden treasure. 5 out of the 8 of us were kids too...so it's kid approved. :)
