They told my wife that they were super careful and used separate utensils when she visited there with a friend. Was excited for me to have a new place that is “safe” for me to eat at. I wound up having a reaction. We tried a second time to see if it was a fluke. When picking up my to-go order the owner told me that they use the same pots & pans for cooking all of their food and could not guarantee no cross contamination. She said they do a “hot rinse” before making a GF meal, but the oils and soy sauce from the previous dish could remain.
I’m giving it a really low score on the premise that it is not safe for Celiacs. It is a fantastic restaurant for people with normal diets.
