They have a separate kitchen space, a separate fryer, and they know about crumb contamination. Kitchen space is small and busy so I always make sure to specify they use clean utensils but I haven't had a problem in the ~5 times I've ordered here. The woman who answers the phone when I call says that her boyfriend has Celiac, and every time I come to pick up she asks me if I'm excited that I get to eat a burger <3
