They have a gluten free menu. I kept it simple with a burger and fries. The bun on the burger was great and didn’t fall apart at all. I was assured that the fries were cooked in a separate frier (I asked twice). Overall a good option if you’re staying at the Wilderness.

Not a huge selection of appetizing gluten-free options. One of the options on the list was Tiki Shrimp (quinoa breading). But when I ordered it, I was told it was fried with everything else, and that it isn’t truly gluten-free. They do not have a dedicated fryer. This is the only place at Wilderness Resort that has gluten-free options. So overall, it was super disappointing

I felt sick within 15 minutes of eating there. Although they claim my meal was gluten free, I do not believe it. I went here based on the good reviews but would not recommend it.

Nice selection and food was great! We actually ended up eating there a few nights since it was so close to our room.

The server was well educated on their gluten-free options and appeared to use safe handling practices. There was a separate gf menu, which made ordering really easy. I had a salad with chicken, my daughters had gf sausage pizza, and my husband had a burger with a gf bun. It wasn’t anything amazing, but it was perfect for a quick lunch between sightseeing activities. This restaurant was a little complicated to find, as it’s located within a water park resort hotel and actually overlooks the swimming area, but it wasn’t a deterrent. My eldest daughter and I are both celiac, and neither of us had any sort of gluten reaction after eating here.

They have a separate menu that lists all gluten free options. They even have a dedicated fryer for fries (of course there could be splatter that causes cross contamination). I got the chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Would go again!

We ordered food in our Cabana at the Wild Water Dome and the servers were pretty knowledgeable. We did confirm with the manager that the fries were gluten free and cooked in a dedicated fryer. We enjoyed the chicken sandwich with fries, volcano nachos with chicken (beef is not gluten free), and pizza. They have a separate menu you can find on the Wilderness Resort website. The menu also has a mediterranean bowl, burger, chili, and salad, all gluten free. Please note we tried staying in the new Wild West cabanas in the same resort and they had no gluten free options.
