They were knowledgeable about what sushi is gluten free and made sure to include the soy wrapping. The aoli is also gluten free and very good.
I am very sensitive to gluten and I did not get sick after eating the sushi here.

I tried the California roll during their evening buffet. It was my first time trying sushi so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but I thought it was very good! However, the waitress was very unknowledgeable about what was gluten free. She admitted she did not know what gluten was. She wasn’t very friendly or willing to help. That’s the only bad thing I have to say! Everyone else was very nice. Make sure you ask the manager or someone in the kitchen!
