No gluten knowledge. This was my favorite sushi spot before my diagnoses, and I was hoping I would still be able to enjoy it. Unfortunately I could easily tell the staff has not been trained for those with celiacs. My waitress did not even know what gluten was. I asked the manager about gluten free option and he was able to bring me gluten free soy sauce. But then my sushi can out with sauces that were not mentioned on the menu descriptions. I was only able to eat 1 of 4 rolls we ordered. Sadly this was our last visit.
