New review as of June 2024, still a great place to eat and they now have a proper menu that lists each gluten free option!

The staff was very knowledgeable. When we got there and asked what was gluten free he was able to tell us everything on the menu that was gluten free (there were quite a few options) and they also provide gluten free soy sauce. We ordered one sushi that wasn’t gluten free for someone else and he made sure to put it in a separate coloured container than the rest. Amazing service!
