Review of Sushi Axiom-West

So, I asked if they had a gluten free menu, and I wasn’t handed a physical one, HOWEVER, the waitress was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. She said that most of the sushi rolls could be modified to be gluten free, that they had gluten free fried rice, and gluten free soy sauce. I was extremely impressed, as many sushi places do not do this. Plus the sushi is so good. Highly recommend if you are gluten intolerant. If you are celiac, I would say use your own judgement, as it is definitely not a celiac friendly place.
