Sushi Bistro

Went here out of the sushi options in Banff as had a gf menu on their website. Ordered take out and when asked about gf waiter even asked was I celiac. Upon take out they reconfirmed that the soya sauce included was gf. Not a high end place but sushi was solid. Would definitely go back!

As soon as I mentioned that I had celiac they told me that they'd switch out the cutting boards and knives. They definitely understand the importance of avoiding cross contamination!
