Tamari is available, just ask! Also, their “house sauce” that’s featured in a couple of their specialty rolls is gluten free. Just about any of their specialty rolls can be made gluten free, and of course all of the nigiri, sashimi, chirashi bowl, etc are gluten free. Many of the kitchen dishes can be made GF as well, and staff is very knowledgeable about GF options.

Most of the entrees can be made gluten free. The sashimi is fresh and delicious!
Our waitress knew right away what dishes/rolls were GF. They prepare must of their meals from scratch so some can be customized to be GF ( try the Singapore noodles but ask them not to cook it with soy sauce... my favorite!) They don't have a dedicated prep space however but they try to be careful. I have never had a reaction after eating there. Small restaurant so often very busy.
