I probably should have called ahead but I’ll save you a call. Our waitress said “I’m sorry, but I don’t understand what it is you’re allergic to” and when I explained what gluten was (already knew that was a red flag) she went to ask. She came back and said “everything has gluten in it” and when I asked what part of a dish had gluten she said she didn’t know 🙃
