I called asked what they had that was gluten free besides carrying GF soy sauce the only thing they offered was sashimi or a roll with very little filling besides raw fish and NO RICE.

Easy to know what is gluten free. They carry tamari(gluten free soy sauce) on request, no charge. Very cooperative with modification. Our server, Mandy, was very friendly and professional! This place is cool! Very modern Japanese. We had a fabulous time!
