They don't have a huge variety for gluten free but they did the trick when my family wanted to get sushi. Our server reassured me they would take precautions against cross contact. The main menus are not marked for gluten free but they have order sheets where you mark your order which are marked with a ~ for gluten free. It was easy enough to use that to figure out which I could have and our server was also very knowledgeable and double checked everything if they weren't completely sure. I got the spicy salmon roll, the vegetarian roll, and scallop nigiri. The vegetarian roll had spinach and avocado in it and was very leafy so I'd probably skip that and go for cucumber avocado instead. They had tamari and tabasco brand sriracha which is gluten free as well. Overall it was a good meal and I had zero symptoms afterwards.

I also ordered the masago nigiri which had a ~ mark for gluten free but our server was told that it wasn't actually gluten free and came back to let me know. I am not sure why this was the case but I was reassured in knowing that they were double checking my order to keep me safe. My cousins also have peanut and shrimp allergies and they were great with those too! We were a difficult order but they never made us feel burdensome.
