Got glutened here. They left out the soy sauce because of my note on celiac, but then spread Tempura crumbles all over and had tempura fried pieces in the rolls, which I only noticed after having a few bites. When I called to ask about it, the lady on the phone told me that of course it’s gluten-free, otherwise they wouldn’t have sent it out. When I asked the chef about the ingredients of the tempura dough, the first one was wheat flour. Painful. These people don’t know what they’re doing and are endangering customers. Never again.
