Review of Sushi Hiro

We brought our own Tamari Soy Sauce, and once I started pouring it, our chef informed us that they had some. Did a taste test and it was better tasting than ours. All the rolls were excellent and we had one of the specials that was supposed to have a tempura crunch and our chef was able to make it without tempura. The fish is very fresh.
