Sushi House

When I arrived to the restaurant I spoke with the waiter. He notified the chef that I needed gluten free rice, new cutting board and knife. They couldn’t guarantee that the sushi rice was gluten free with the vinegar. But they made my sushi with unseasoned rice. The waiter went over the menu with what could be made gluten free. I am a sensitive celiac and didn’t have any issues.
